What Services do you Offer?

What Age Range do you Cater to?
I cater to all different age ranges from new born up until adolescence. I have experience with a wide variety.
Can we Meet you Before Committing to your services & Where do you Look After the Children?
I very much encourage a trial shift! This will help you to make sure I am the right fit for your child, and also make sure they feel comfortable and familiar with me, before leaving them with me, in the absence of their parents. I travel to the family home and provide my services in an environment that is safe and familiar to your child/ren.
What Background Checks do you Have?
I hold a DBS on the update service. I get the majority of my clients through recommendations and have many references.
Are You First Aid Trained?
Yes, I hold a 3 year blended paedatric first aid certificate which is Ofsted complient. My first aid training is always maintained & up to date.
What Experience do you Have with SEN & Additional Needs?
When I am not in my role as a nanny, I host a private box called The Sensory Room at Wembley's National Stadium. This space is an all inclusive space catered to a variety of needs and abilities to help regulate the senses. I have exposure to all different types of neuro-divergent people, from autism, ADHD to sensory processing disorders. I am always opening to learning about your child's needs, in areas I fall short, & how I can be of great support.
Do you Hold a Driving Licence & Do you Feel Comfortable Driving the Family Car?
Yes - since 2014! I have been insured on multiple cars to do pick ups and drop offs. I don't, however have my own car. I commute via motorbike.
Do you Offer Emergency or Last Minute Bookings?
I am always happy to take on any last minute emergency bookings as I know sickness and emergencies can get us when we least expect it! As long as I have the availability, I am happy to accommodate. Note - my rate may be slightly adjusted.
What is Your Discipline Style?
Simply put, I am firm, but fair. I will always be seen to support the decisions of the parents & not undermine, nor over-ride what they say. I will follow your lead, supporting your methods & encouraging the child to remain respectful & disciplined.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
I require bank transfer (BACS) as payment, subject to invoicing. Payment is generally paid the last working day of the month, if not otherwise agreed.
